Gift Giving Guide from FlirtyFinds

Well, it's that time of year again. You know, when your in-box is bombarded with emails for the latest and greatest gift “for everyone on your list.” Last year it was the Snuggie, the least flirty item ever. The other day I was at CVS and saw the 2010 version – it’s grey and styled after a classic college sweatshirt. The model on the box was a gorgeous co-ed. Yeah, right, as if that girl would really wear a Snuggie. It would be a cold day in hell I am sure.

A friend of mine was talking recently about how lost she is when it comes to holiday gifts. She puts way too much pressure on herself trying to read the minds of her sister or mother or friend…not to mention her mother-in-law. Of course she can’t, so she runs out of time and comes up empty. I asked her one simple question: What are your favorite gifts? The two of us had one of those “a-ha” moments Oprah always talks about. The answer was, quite simply, the gift you wouldn't buy for yourself. Most of us put ourselves at the bottom of the list. We may see something we like but being the practical girls we are; we put it off until "after" and shop for everyone else first.

Giving shouldn't be stressful, it should be thoughtful and fun and sometimes frivolous. So, for this FlirtyFestivus, we're suggesting you take a look at our top ten list.
