ORDER CONFIRMATION
You will receive an email confirmation when your order is received. You will also receive an email confirmation when your order ships with the tracking number. 

PAYMENT
FlirtyFinds accepts Visa, Master Card and American Express cards and PayPal.

SHIPPING
We ship via USPS to the 50 United States.

All in stock orders ship within a week of order receipt, usually sooner.  If you need your item expedited, please note that in your order comments and we will make every effort to accommodate requests.   Delivery of your order is subject to the on-time policies of the shipping service.  
A physical address is required for all deliveries and therefore we cannot make shipments to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

The shipping carrier will leave your package at your doorstep if no one is available to receive the package at the time of delivery. First, check with your household members and neighbors. If no one brought in your package, contact the carrier with your tracking info. You will receive this in an email on the day it ships from us.  Any package left at your doorstep is your responsibility. FlirtyFinds is not responsible for any package which is lost or stolen after being delivered. No refund will be issued and no order will be reshipped if  USPS has updated your package information as Delivered.



RETURNS
We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase, however if an item does not meet your satisfaction, we will be happy to offer you a credit, refund or replacement.  Personalized and/or custom items cannot be returned.  Please email us at customerservice@flirtyfinds.com within 7 days of receipt of your order.  Be sure to include your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and will email return procedures to you. Items returned must be received unworn and unused. Please include a copy of your receipt with your return. Shipping and handling charges are NOT refundable.

PRIVACY
FlirtyFinds does not give or sell any information about our customers at any time.

SECURITY
Please be assured that your purchase transaction, including credit card number, is transmitted securely. Our site is hosted by 3D Cart on secure servers, and utilizes Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption and PayPal for transaction security.
