ORDER CONFIRMATIONYou will receive an email confirmation when your order is received. You will also receive an email confirmation when your order ships with the tracking number. CORPORATE SALES AND QUANTITY DISCOUNTSBrides, corporate buyers, or any other customers who order multiple quantities (5 or more of one item) may qualify for a special discount. PAYMENT FlirtyFinds accepts Visa, Master Card and American Express cards. SHIPPINGWe ship via USPS Priority Mail to the 50 United States. All orders ship for a flat fee of $5.00. For Canada and overseas shipments please email us for shipping rates.All in stock orders ship within a week of order receipt, usually sooner. If you need your item expedited, please note that in your order comments and we will make every effort to accommodate requests. Delivery of your order is subject to the on-time policies of the United States Postal Service. An upgrade to Express Mail delivery is available for a flat fee of $25 per order. A physical address is required for all deliveries and therefore we cannot make shipments to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. USPS will leave your package at your doorstep if no one is
available to receive the package at the time of delivery. First, check
with your household members and neighbors. If no one brought in your
package, contact the carrier with your tracking info. You will receive this in an email on the day it ships from us. Any package left
at your doorstep is your responsibility. FlirtyFinds is not responsible for any
package which is lost or stolen after being delivered by USPS.
No refund will be issued and no order will be reshipped if
USPS has updated your package information as “Delivered.”
NJ RESIDENTS All orders shipped to NJ will incur the 7% sales tax (clothing and belts are excluded from tax). COMPLEMENTARY GIFT WRAP If you would like to have your item gift wrapped, we will do so at no additional charge; please select this option at check-out. The packaging varies depending on your selection and the size of the item, but will always include our signature leopard print with hot pink. If your item is a gift, we will gladly include a personalized message for your recipient. BACK ORDERSIf the item you select is out of stock you can select to be added to a wait list and we will notify you of future availability. RETURNSWe hope that you will be delighted with your purchase, however if an item does not meet your satisfaction, we will be happy to offer you a credit, refund or replacement. Please email us at customerservice@flirtyfinds.com within 7 days of receipt of your order. Be sure to include your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and will email return procedures to you. Items returned must be received unworn and unused. Please include a copy of your receipt with your return. Shipping and handling charges are NOT refundable. If you received an item as a gift, you may exchange it or receive store credit. Please include in your email the item you are exchanging and the name of the purchaser.
Holiday gifts purchased between November 17th and December 24th must be returned no later than January 10th.
GIFT CERTIFICATES Need a gift immediately? You can purchase an e-certificate that will be emailed to you immediately with a gift code included. There is no shipping charge for this option. You can then forward the email to your gift recipient and they can use the code to purchase whatever they like on site.
If you want an actual gift card, you can select that option under "gift certificates" and we will mail out a custom gift card with a gift code in the signature gift wrap. The standard $5 shipping charge applies. Your recipient can then use that code to purchase whatever they like on the site.
USING GIFT CERTIFCATES AND COUPON/PROMO CODES In the shopping cart, enter your Gift Certificate code (or coupon code if you have one) in the "apply coupon" box and click "go". If you are using a Gift Certificate and you also have a coupon code (i.e. for a discount or promotion), enter the coupon code and click, "go", then enter the Gift Certificate code and click "go" - both discount and gift certificate amount will be shown. You can continue to use your Gift Certificate code on future orders if a balance remains, so keep that number in a safe place. PRIVACYFlirtyFinds does not give or sell any information about our customers at any time.SECURITYPlease be assured that your purchase transaction, including credit card number, is transmitted securely. Our site is hosted by 3D Cart on secure servers, and utilizes Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption and PayPal for transaction security.
