You will receive an email confirmation when your order is received. You will also receive an email confirmation when your order ships with the tracking number. 

FlirtyFinds accepts Visa, Master Card and American Express cards and PayPal.

We ship via the USPS to the 50 United States.

Shipping is FREE on orders over $50.  Other orders ship for a flat $5. 

All in stock orders ship within a week of order receipt, usually sooner.  If you need your item expedited, please note that in your order comments and we will make every effort to accommodate requests.   Delivery of your order is subject to the on-time policies of the shipping service.  
A physical address is required for all deliveries and therefore we cannot make shipments to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

The shipping carrier will leave your package at your doorstep if no one is available to receive the package at the time of delivery. First, check with your household members and neighbors. If no one brought in your package, contact the carrier with your tracking info. You will receive this in an email on the day it ships from us.  Any package left at your doorstep is your responsibility. FlirtyFinds is not responsible for any package which is lost or stolen after being delivered. No refund will be issued and no order will be reshipped if  USPS has updated your package information as Delivered.

We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase, however if an item does not meet your satisfaction, we will be happy to offer you a credit, refund or replacement.    Please email us at within 7 days of receipt of your order.  Be sure to include your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and will email return procedures to you. Items returned must be received unworn and unused. Please include a copy of your receipt with your return. Shipping and handling charges are NOT refundable. 

NOTE:  Issues with purchases made from a Boutique in a Box, should be handled directly with the Boutique owner.

Boutique in a Box, or Boutique add-on returns must be received completely and in unused, unworn condition.  You may not choose to keep certain items and return others.  The entire collection including packaging must be returned within 7 days to receive full credit.  Any missing or damaged items will be charge for at full retail pricing.

tissue paper retail value = $.50/sheet

FlirtyFinds will replace or repair items for up to 30 days from the date of the original invoice.  Items received broken or damaged should be reported immediately to the Customer Care Department.  
Normal wear or accidental breakage by the customer is not covered by the return policy.  Any items tarnished or discolored from chemicals (i.e. hairspray; perfume) are not covered by the return policy. 

No. Representatives are independent contractors and are responsible for filing their own Federal and State Income Tax.  You may be eligible to take advantage of the tax savings of running a home-based business.
